The report you owe your funder, from your live plan, checked by you and frozen as sent

A project tool for funded programme teams. The plan, the grant outputs and the report live in one place, so the report starts from what actually happened.

What it does today

All of this is built and running on the app, behind closed sign-up.

  1. Plan the work

Gantt, task list, board, risks and issues, a log of decisions and lessons, and a budget, all in one project.

Health is red, amber or green, and “Why?” lists the reasons. The budget always counts, so nothing reads green over budget.

  2. Track grant outputs against grant-year targets

A project can hold several grants, each with its own funder, start date and length. Grant years run from each grant’s own start date.

Each output has its agreed wording and a target per year. People log figures with a date, a note and a link to evidence. A blank target stays blank, because an invented figure would end up in front of a funder. It records figures, not registers of named people.

  3. Get a first draft from AI, and check it yourself

A report takes its figures for the period when it is made. Someone writes the four parts (summary, progress, risks and issues, next steps), or asks AI to draft them from those figures alone. Skipping AI is always an option.

Any number in the AI’s writing that is not in the figures is listed on the report, and you confirm you have checked it before the report can go final. That catches a made-up number, because only real figures and what your team typed count, not dates or how far a task has got. It will not catch a real number in the wrong place, which is why a person has to read it.

  4. Freeze it

“Mark as final” is the human check, and it stops the report changing. Reopening takes an admin and a reason, and starts a new version whose page and PDF say what it replaces and why. Earlier versions stay available, marked as superseded.

Email from the app is not switched on yet, so you download the PDF and send it yourself.

Your data, your team, the price

Your data is exportable
The owner can export the whole organisation, and admins a single project: a zip of spreadsheets, every report as a PDF, and one JSON file holding everything.
Data in London
Project data is held in London. When you ask for an AI draft, the report’s figures and text go to Anthropic, the AI provider, to write it. Assignee and owner names are left out, but anything people typed into the plan goes as it stands, names included.
Whole team included
The plan is a flat price per organisation, stepped by active projects, with no charge per person. Archived projects would never count, there would be no setup fee, and AI would have no credits to buy, though a monthly limit stays as a safeguard on cost.
From about £49 a month
Prices are not set. This figure is a starting point worked out from what similar tools charge, and nobody has paid it yet.

Where it stands

The tool has only run on made-up data so far, and no customer has used it. Billing, terms and a privacy notice come before it opens. There is no list to join and nothing to buy today.
